Tidio suits small shops that want a free plan, Shopify actions and a low start: Lyro begins at $32.50 a month for 50 AI conversations, but Tidio shows no price for its larger Lyro tiers and goes custom above 1,000. - 1,000 AI conversations a month, 5 people on the team, and the AI resolves 60% of conversations without a person.
- Prices in US dollars, excluding tax, on each vendor’s cheapest plan that fits, billed yearly where the vendor publishes a yearly price.
- Tidio lists Lyro tiers up to 1,000 conversations a month but shows a price only for the first, 50. This uses $0.50 a conversation, the lowest rate on Tidio’s Lyro page, and Growth’s starting price, so the real month may cost more.

Tidio has a free plan, and Lyro’s first 50 conversations are free, once. Dazza has a 14-day trial with 100 conversations, then plans from $49 a month ($41 billed yearly).

### A Shopify App Store app

Tidio is listed on the Shopify App Store, and its Growth plan includes native Shopify actions. Dazza’s Shopify connection is on Growth too, but you create your own app in Shopify and paste its credentials into Dazza.

### Branding removal

Tidio removes its branding for $16.67 a month and includes it on Plus. “Powered by Dazza” stays on every Dazza plan.

Lyro starts at $32.50 a month for 50 AI conversations, as shown with Tidio’s yearly billing, and the first 50 are free once. Tidio lists tiers up to 1,000 conversations a month without showing their prices, and offers a custom plan above that. Its Lyro page says conversations start from $0.50.

### What counts as a Lyro conversation?

Any customer conversation with at least one reply from Lyro, counted once however often the customer comes back to it. Tidio’s plans separately count conversations your team replies to.

### Is Dazza cheaper than Tidio?

At 50 AI conversations a month, Tidio is cheaper. At 1,000, with 400 reaching your team, Tidio costs at least $549+ on Growth with Lyro at its lowest quoted rate; Dazza Growth is $124 billed yearly, with unlimited seats.

### Can Dazza learn what Lyro knows?
