# See who changed what in the audit log

Every change your team makes, and everything Dazza does on its own, in plain words and filterable by person, type and date.

The audit log lists everything that changed in your workspace, newest first. Only admins can see it.

Open it from **Settings → Data and privacy → Open the audit log**.

## What you’ll see

Each event is one line in plain words, grouped by day:

- **Sam published version 12**, with the parts of the agent that changed.
- **Wills switched “Book a call” to Live.**
- **Dazza handed a conversation to the team because it couldn’t answer.**
- **An email reply bounced.**

Events from a person show their name. Events Dazza did by itself, such as handing over, running a workflow or re-reading your website, show Dazza. Hover over a time to see the full date. **Open** takes you to the conversation, workflow or setting it’s about, if it still exists.

## Filter it

- **Person:** one member of your team, or Dazza for automatic events.
- **Type:** agent, knowledge, workflows and tests, conversations, customer data, email, messaging channels, connections, workspace and setup, or team emails.
- **From** and **To:** days in your workspace’s time zone.

Results show 50 at a time. Use **Older** and **Newer** to move between pages.

## Customers’ personal data

The log records that something happened, not the customer’s details. When you [delete a customer’s data](https://dazza.io/help/contacts-and-data-rights), the log keeps a line saying it was deleted and how much went, and removes their email address from older events about them.
