# Connect Viber

Create or open a Viber bot account and paste its token, so Dazza answers on Viber as your business.

Dazza answers on Viber through your own bot account. Only admins can connect it.

## What you’ll need

- **Bot token**

## Connect it

1. At partners.viber.com, create a bot account, or open the one you have.
2. Copy its token.
3. In Dazza, open **Channels**, choose Viber and paste the token.

Dazza checks it with Viber and sets up the webhook itself.

## Welcome message

When someone starts a conversation with your bot, they get your agent’s welcome message.
