Supporters answered.
Staff time saved.
Donations, volunteering, events and the help you offer. Dazza answers supporters and the people you help from your own site, shares your donation and sign-up pages, and passes volunteering and fundraising enquiries to the right person. There are no charity templates yet, so charities start from the any-business templates and the newsletter link, renamed.

Guidance for hard moments
Rules that give your helpline and hand over when someone needs a person.
Careful words.
A person when it matters.
Some people come to you at a hard moment. Write guidance for those conversations: what to say, which helpline to give and when to hand over to a person. Add topics Dazza should politely decline. It answers only from your own content, cites it, and says when it doesn’t know.
- Guidance for chat, email or both
- Topics to avoid, declined politely
- Handover to your team, with a summary
Can people donate in the chat?
No. Dazza shows a button to your donation page, and the payment happens there, with your usual provider.
Can it handle sensitive conversations?
It follows the guidance you write: what to say, which helpline to give and when to hand over. It isn’t a substitute for trained staff, so make handing over easy.
Can volunteers use the inbox?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited seats, so staff and volunteers can all take over conversations and reply.
