Every enquiry,
qualified first.
A lead qualification chatbot answers a prospect’s questions, asks what your team would ask, and routes each enquiry by budget, timing or need before anyone picks up the phone. Dazza answers from your own site, collects a proper brief with ready-made templates, applies your routing rules in code and sends serious leads to your calendar.
Most enquiries
start half-finished.
“Can you help?” isn’t a brief. Contact forms get one line, and the first call is spent finding out what the prospect wants and whether they can afford it.
The price question
Roughly how much would this cost?
Prospects want a ballpark before they’ll leave details. Your site may already have one.
PRICINGThe fit question
Do you do work like this?
Answered by your case studies and services, if someone points to the right one.
FITThe timeline
We need it by March. Is that possible?
A detail your team needs before it can say yes, and one a form rarely asks.
QUALIFYINGAnswer, ask,
then route.
Pick the template closest to how you sell. Each one asks only for what’s missing and can route by the answers.
New project enquiry TEMPLATE
A proper brief: project type, budget band, timeline and the details. Budget and project are choices, so decisions can route on them.
Pass an enquiry to the team TEMPLATE
For any business: a name, email and what it’s about, as a tidy request in your inbox.
Request a quote TEMPLATE
For jobs you price: name, contact, postcode and the job, ready to quote.
Book a discovery call TEMPLATE
Send qualified leads to your calendar. Also Book a call and Book a demo, for other kinds of meeting.
Answers from your site
Prices, process, services and past work, each with its source, so prospects get a straight answer before they’re asked for anything.
Qualified in code.
Not by guesswork.
Decisions on the details pick each lead’s next step, checked from the top. A small budget hears about your packages, a big one goes straight to a person, and everything in between lands in your inbox as a brief. The same answers always get the same outcome.
- Budget and project type as choices
- Tell them, share a link, send to the team or hand over
- Every brief in one inbox, with an email alert
Keen, not pushy.
Accurate, not salesy.
A lead’s first conversation with you should be right. These checks keep it that way.
Only what you publish
Dazza answers prices, timings and process from your own site and answers, cites them, and says so when it doesn’t know rather than guessing.
EVERY ANSWER CITEDDecisions route each lead
Your rules on budget or project type pick the next step, checked in code. Change them any time, and see them as a canvas.
EVERY PLANNothing sent without a yes
The prospect sees the brief and presses Confirm before it reaches you, so what lands in your inbox is what they meant.
CUSTOMER CONFIRMSFrom “rough cost?”
to a real brief.
In this example, a prospect asks about price on a studio’s site, gets a straight answer and leaves a brief the team can act on.
- Sam: Hi, we’re a retailer and need a new website by spring. Roughly what does that cost?
- Dazza: Most of our websites start at £25,000, depending on scope [1]. If you share a few details, the team can give you a proper answer. What’s your name and email?
- Sam: Sam Patel, sam@northwind.example. Budget is probably £40k, and we’d like it live by April.
- New project enquiry
- Name: Sam Patel
- Email: sam@northwind.example
- Company: Northwind
- Project: Website
- Budget: £25k–£75k
- Timeline: Live by April
- Dazza: Thanks for the brief, Sam. The team will reply within two working days. If you’d like to talk sooner, you can book a discovery call:
Behind the scenes
- The price comes from the studio’s pricing page, cited. Dazza doesn’t guess at a figure the site doesn’t give.
- New project enquiry fills in what Sam already said and asks only for what’s missing. “£40k” becomes the £25k–£75k band.
- Sam presses Confirm. No decision matches this budget, so the brief goes to the team’s inbox with an email alert.
- Book a discovery call then offers the studio’s calendar as a button.

Anything else? Ask us, or read the help centre.
Will all those questions put people off?
Dazza asks in conversation, only for what’s missing, and optional details can be skipped. It answers the prospect’s own questions first.
Can it qualify leads by budget?
Yes. Make budget a choice, then add decisions on it, such as “if Budget is Under £10k, tell them about our packages”. Decisions are checked in code, not by the AI.
Can leads go to our CRM?
Yes, with a workflow that sends the lead to your CRM through Zapier, Make, n8n or your own API (Scale and above), or with CRM tools on Zapier’s MCP server (Growth and above). Or use event webhooks to send every new conversation and contact to your CRM as it happens (Growth and above).
Does it replace our contact form?
It can sit beside it. Many businesses find the chat brings better enquiries, because it answers questions and asks the follow-ups a form can’t.
How do I stop it promising prices?
It only gives prices from your site and your own answers. Add a guidance rule, such as “never quote a price for custom work”, and topics to avoid if there’s anything it shouldn’t discuss.
Which plan do I need?
Starter includes 3 workflows, enough for an enquiry, a call booking and a call back. Growth and above have unlimited workflows. See pricing.
