Every Dazza workspace comes with a public help centre: fast, searchable and in your colours, with Dazza on every page. Dazza drafts the articles your customers need from what they actually ask, and every article you publish becomes an answer it gives.
Four parts that turn your knowledge
into a help centre people use.
From the questions customers ask most, the ones it couldn’t answer and the searches that found nothing. Pick the articles worth writing, and Dazza drafts them in your voice from your knowledge.
Markdown with a live preview, pictures, callouts and a version for every save. Ask Dazza to improve, shorten or fill a gap from recent questions.
Search suggests articles as people type. On the results page, Dazza gives a short answer with numbered sources, then the articles. The chat is one click away on every page.
Published articles become knowledge your business wrote, so they win over web pages. Dazza cites them by their public link, in chat and by email, and updates the moment you do.
Searches that found nothing and questions Dazza couldn’t answer show up on the help centre page, each with “Draft it”. Write it once, publish it, and it answers in search, in the chat and by email.
Included on every plan. Your own domain on Growth and above.
Group articles by topic, and drag to put them in order.
Plain, server-rendered pages. Nothing to load but the words, your pictures and the chat.
Your name, brand colour and logo letter, in a clean, flat layout.
Sitemap, canonical links, structured data for articles, breadcrumbs and FAQs, and an llms.txt.
Yes or no, with an optional comment when an article didn’t help.
Views, helpful votes and searches that found nothing, with Draft it beside each.
Every save and publish is kept. Restore any version into the editor.
help.yourbusiness.com with SSL: add one DNS record and Dazza does the rest.
Import a Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk help centre into Dazza’s knowledge first, then rewrite at your own pace.
Yes. Every workspace gets one at app.dazza.io/h/your-business, with room for up to 1,000 articles. Putting it on your own domain, such as help.yourbusiness.com, is included from Growth.
No. Dazza proposes and drafts articles, and can improve, shorten or fill gaps, but everything stays a draft until someone on your team presses Publish. Where your knowledge doesn’t say something, the draft marks it “To check”.
Each published article becomes part of Dazza’s knowledge as something your business wrote, so it wins over a web page that says otherwise. Dazza cites it with its public link, and edits reach Dazza the moment you publish them.
On the results page, Dazza writes a short answer from your knowledge with numbered sources, above the matching articles. If it can’t find an answer, it says so and offers the chat.
Yes. Pages are server-rendered with canonical links, Open Graph tags, a sitemap and structured data for articles, breadcrumbs and FAQs, plus an llms.txt for AI assistants.
In Settings, enter an address like help.yourbusiness.com. Dazza shows the one CNAME record to add at your domain provider, checks it, and switches it on with an SSL certificate. Links to the Dazza address redirect there.
