Where’s my order?
Sorted.
Delivery times, returns, sizing and stock: the questions that fill a store’s inbox. Dazza answers them from your pages and policies, checks orders in Shopify or your own system, and starts returns for your team to approve.
Built for the questions that fill your inbox.

Shopify orders
Connect your shop in Connections. Dazza tracks orders, checks stock and, if you allow it, cancels unsent ones. On Growth and above.
Returns, without
the back-and-forth.
Dazza explains your returns policy, then collects the order number, the item and the reason. Your rules decide what needs a person, and your team approves from the inbox. The customer hears back in the same conversation.
- Your policy, quoted with its source
- Decisions like “over £100 needs approval”
- The customer confirms before it’s sent
Can Dazza see our orders?
Yes, and only for the customer who placed them. On Shopify, connect your shop (Growth and above): the customer gives the order number and the email they ordered with, and both must match. On another platform, a workflow sends the order number to your store’s API, or to Zapier, Make or n8n, and Dazza explains what comes back.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. Add one line to your theme for the chat, then connect your shop in Connections (Growth and above). Dazza looks up and tracks orders, checks stock, and can cancel an unsent order or change its address once the customer confirms. See Connect Shopify.
Can customers send a photo of a damaged item?
Yes. Customers attach photos and PDFs in the chat, or send them by email and on messaging apps. Dazza looks at them before it answers, and your team sees them in the conversation.
Will it promise refunds?
No. It explains your policy and collects the request. Refunds are decided by your rules and your team.
What about Black Friday?
Dazza answers instantly however busy it gets. Anything that needs a person waits in the inbox, with a summary, until your team gets to it.
