Tables, rooms
and late check-outs.
Opening times, menus, parking, dogs, private hire. Dazza answers guests from your own site and menus, sends them to your booking page, and passes event enquiries and special requests to your team. There’s no hospitality template set yet, so venues start from the any-business and booking templates, renamed to fit.
For the questions

Party enquiries.
With the numbers in.
Rename Pass an enquiry to the team as “Private hire enquiry” and add the details your events team asks for: date, number of guests and budget. Decisions on them route each one. Big parties go to a person, small budgets hear about your set menus, and the rest land in the events inbox.
- Date, guests and budget as details
- Decisions on the numbers
- Every enquiry in one inbox
Can it take table bookings itself?
Not by itself. It shows a button to your booking page, such as OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms or your own, where the guest picks a time and gets your confirmation.
Can it answer allergen questions?
From the allergen information you publish, with its source. Add a guidance rule so Dazza always asks guests with allergies to confirm with your staff, and to hand over if they’re unsure.
Can it answer guests from abroad?
Yes. Dazza replies in the language the guest writes in, from your English pages.
Does it work on WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes, on Growth and above, in the same inbox as your web chat. Workflows that need a button, like your booking page, run in web chat.
