Appointments booked
from the chat.
An AI appointment booking chatbot answers questions about your services, prices and availability, then gets the customer booked in without a phone call. Dazza answers from your own site, shows a button to your booking page, such as Calendly, Cal.com or your booking system, and passes changes and cancellations to your team to confirm.
The questions that
interrupt your day.
Times, prices and changes. You answer them between appointments, or they wait until the evening and the customer books somewhere else.
The availability check
Have you got anything Friday afternoon?
Your booking page knows. The customer wants to ask first.
BOOKINGThe price question
How much is a cut and colour?
On your site somewhere, but asked before every first booking.
PRICESThe change
Can I move tomorrow to next week?
Needs the current booking, the new time and someone to confirm it.
CHANGESBooked in,
without phone tag.
Dazza doesn’t write into your diary. It gets the customer to the right booking page with their questions answered, and hands changes to you.
Book an appointment TEMPLATE
A Book now button to your booking page, shown when a customer wants an appointment, session or visit.
Change or cancel a booking TEMPLATE
Collects the current booking and what should change, asks the customer to confirm, and your team confirms by email.
Book a call TEMPLATE
For consultations and calls: a button to your Calendly, Cal.com or other calendar.
Prices and policies, cited
Services, prices, durations, deposits and cancellation terms answered from your own site.
Request a call back TEMPLATE
For customers who’d rather talk it through: a number and a good time to call.
Details in the link
Add Name and Email details and put them in the link, like {{name}}. Calendly and Cal.com fill them in from the address.
One button.
The right calendar.
Add a Service choice to Book an appointment and a decision for each service: colour appointments to one calendar, cuts to another. The customer’s name and email go into the link, so the booking page is filled in when it opens.
- A different booking page per decision
- Details placed in the link with double braces
- Values are encoded for you
Easy to book.
Hard to mess up.
Your booking page handles the times. Your team confirms the changes. Dazza keeps everything else tidy.
Changes are confirmed
Change or cancel a booking shows the current booking and the change, and waits for the customer to press Confirm.
EVERY PLANOnly the person who booked
Turn on verification so a change needs a code sent to the customer’s email, or your site’s signed login.
GROWTH AND ABOVEYour team has the last word
Changes land in your inbox for a person to confirm by email, so nothing moves in your diary on its own.
INBOX + EMAIL ALERTA question, a booking
and a change.
In this example, a customer asks about a price, gets the booking page, then moves an existing appointment.
- Alex: Hi, do you have anything Friday afternoon for a cut and finish? How much is it?
- Dazza: A cut and finish is £48 with a senior stylist [1]. You can see Friday’s free times and book here:
- Alex: Actually, I’m already booked on Thursday at 10. Can I move that to Friday instead?
- Change or cancel a booking
- Name: Alex
- Email: alex@example.com
- Current booking: Thursday, 10am
- What should change: Move to Friday afternoon
- Dazza: Thanks, Alex. We’ll confirm the change by email.
Behind the scenes
- The price comes from your services page, cited as [1]. Dazza doesn’t quote prices it can’t find.
- Book an appointment shows a button to your booking page, where Friday’s real free times are.
- The change matches Change or cancel a booking. Alex checks the details and presses Confirm.
- The request lands in the Team queue with an email alert, and your team confirms the new time by email.
Taking bookings
by this afternoon.
You need your booking page’s address, and your services and prices on your site or written as Q&As.
Check your services
Make sure prices, durations and your cancellation policy are in Knowledge. Ask the preview “how much is…?” to check.
Add Book an appointment
Paste your booking page’s address and set the button label. Add a Service choice if each service has its own page.
Add Change or cancel
Edit what the customer is told, and turn on verification if only the person who booked should change it.
Test, then go live
Book and move a pretend appointment in the preview, then set both workflows to Live and publish.
Bookings and appointments,

Can Dazza put bookings straight into my calendar?
Not by itself today. It shows a button to your booking page, where the customer picks a time and your booking system confirms it. To book directly, a workflow can call your booking system’s API (Scale and above), or use its tools over MCP (Growth and above).
Which booking systems does it work with?
Any with a booking page: Calendly, Cal.com, Microsoft Bookings, your salon or clinic software, or your own. If it has a web address, Dazza can share it.
Can it fill in the customer’s name and email?
Yes, if your booking page reads them from its address. Add Name and Email details and put them in the link, such as ?name={{name}}&email={{email}}. Calendly and Cal.com both support this.
Does it know my free slots?
No, and it doesn’t pretend to. Your booking page shows the real availability, so a customer never books a time that’s gone.
Does it work on WhatsApp and Instagram?
For questions, yes. Workflows that need a button, such as sharing your booking page or asking the customer to confirm, only run in web chat and apps. On messaging apps, add a Q&A with your booking page’s address and Dazza can give it in a reply.
Which plan do I need?
Both templates work on every plan, including Starter’s 3 workflows. Verified customers are on Growth and above. See pricing.
