Workflow templates.
Ready on day one.
Dazza’s workflow templates are ready-made starting points for the jobs customers ask an AI customer service agent to do: book a call, start a return, request a quote, check an order. There are 22, for any business and six kinds in particular, and every detail, check and message in them can be changed.
Pick the job.
Change the rest.
Grouped by the kind of business they were written for, but any business can use any of them. Open one to see exactly what it collects.

From template
to live in minutes.
Templates are added from Workflows in your dashboard. During setup, Dazza also suggests the ones that fit your website.
Pick one
Choose it in Workflows, or add it from the suggestions Dazza makes after reading your site.
Make it yours
Rename it, change when Dazza uses it, and edit the details it collects, up to 10, and what the customer is told.
Try it in Test
Every new workflow starts in Test, so it only runs in your preview chat until you’re happy.
Set it live
Switch it to Live and publish. Every run is logged in the conversation.
Describe it.
Dazza drafts it.
Write what customers ask for, what you need from them and what should happen, in a sentence or two. Dazza drafts the details, the checks and the decisions, in Test, for you to review.
- Starts in Test, like every template
- Edit it as a form or a canvas
- Decisions checked in code once it’s live
Are templates included in every plan?
Yes. Starter includes 3 workflows, and Growth and above have unlimited workflows. Templates that call your own system need Scale or above, and verified customers and team approval need Growth or above.
Can my business use a template written for another kind of business?
Yes. The groups are a guide. A charity can use Newsletter sign-up, and a law firm can use Existing client request with Project renamed to Matter.
Do templates work on email and WhatsApp?
Email and messaging apps have no buttons, so Dazza only uses workflows there that don’t need one: no Confirm step and no Share a link. Lookups and Back-in-stock request work as they come, and you can turn Confirm off on others.
Does Dazza pick templates for me?
During setup, Dazza reads your website, works out what kind of business you are and suggests the templates that fit and need no technical set-up. Add any of them with a click.
What if a template isn’t quite right?
Change it. The name, when Dazza uses it, the details, the checks, the decisions and the outcome can all be edited, as a form or on the canvas.
