Your support inbox.
Answered.

Dazza is an AI email support agent. Forward your support address to it. It reads each email, replies from your own address in the same thread, and hands over to your team when it should. You decide how much it sends by itself.

Change mode any time in Settings. Most teams start in Draft and move to Auto once they trust it.

MODE 01

Observe

Dazza drafts privately so you can see what it would say. Nothing is sent.

NOTHING SENT
MODE 02

Draft

Dazza drafts every reply. A person sends it, as it is or edited.

A PERSON PRESSES SEND
MODE 03

Auto

Dazza replies by itself and hands over to your team when it should.

UP TO YOUR DAILY LIMIT
FORWARD. REPLY. TRACK.
01 / FORWARD

Keep your address.
Forward the mail.

Every workspace gets its own Dazza address. Forward your support address to it from Gmail, Outlook, a Google group or any mail rule. Customers keep emailing you exactly as before.

  • Signatures and quoted replies left out
  • Out-of-office and bulk mail ignored
  • Each thread kept together
02 / REPLY

From your address.
In the same thread.

Add a few DNS records and replies go out from support@yourbusiness.com, threaded under the customer’s email. Until that’s verified, they come from your Dazza address.

  • Records to copy, checked for you
  • Verified automatically when they’re in
  • Falls back safely if anything changes
03 / TRACK

Delivered.
Or you’ll know.

Every reply is tracked. If one bounces, is marked as spam or fails to send, the conversation comes back to your team with a note saying what happened.

  • Delivered, bounced, spam and failed
  • Flagged back to the inbox
  • A 30-day summary in Settings

NOTHING CHANGES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Careful with
your good name.

Email goes out under your brand, so the guard rails are on by default.

01

A daily sending limit

The most emails Dazza sends by itself in 24 hours. Past it, replies wait as drafts.

02

Never talks to itself

Mail from your own address or Dazza’s is never answered, so there are no loops.

03

Trusted senders

When a sender’s domain vouches for them, they count as verified for workflows.

04

Drafts in the inbox

Send as written, edit first or discard, right beside the thread.

05

Alerts for your team

An email when a customer needs a person, to whoever wants one, and a Slack post if you connect a channel.

06

Your answers, everywhere

The same knowledge, rules and corrections as your web chat.

Email,
explained.

Step by step in the help centre.

Do we need to change email provider?

No. Keep Gmail, Outlook or whatever you use. You only add a forwarding rule, and DNS records if you want replies from your own address.

What happens to emails Dazza can’t answer?

It hands them to your team. The thread waits in the inbox, your team gets an alert, and in Auto mode Dazza tells the customer the team will reply.

Does it reply to newsletters and out-of-office emails?

No. Automatic replies, bounces and bulk mail are noted and left alone, and they never count towards your plan.

Can it read attachments?

Yes, photos and PDFs. Dazza looks at them before it replies, and your team sees them in the inbox. Small pictures in signatures are skipped, and other files, such as Word documents, are listed by name. Replies are text, so link to a document rather than attaching it.

Which plans include email?

Growth, Scale and Enterprise. See pricing.
