02 · YOUR AGENT
- Shape your agent’s voice and rules Name, welcome, tone, reply length, guidance rules, handover and appearance, all in a draft you publish when ready, with every version kept to restore.
- Test before you go live The preview, test questions, saved tests, workflow modes and versions, so customers only meet a Dazza you trust.
- Choose the AI model Use the included Claude models, or your own Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenAI-compatible key, for Llama, Mistral or your own server.
- Nudges on your website Show a short message above the chat button on the pages you choose. Clicking it opens the chat with your message as Dazza’s first line.
- Remembering returning customers For customers Dazza can recognise, it keeps a short private note on their earlier conversations, so it can welcome them back and not ask again for what it knows.
- Quick replies and link cards When Dazza asks a question with a few likely answers, customers can tap one. Pages Dazza cites show as cards with the site, the title and a line of what they say.
- Double-checking facts Before customers rely on a figure, price, date or policy, Dazza checks it against the page it came from, puts mistakes right in the same turn, and flags what it can’t confirm.
- A/B test changes on real customers Split new conversations between the live version and your draft, see which one Dazza handles more of on its own, and publish the winner in one click.
03 · KNOWLEDGE
- Add and manage knowledge Your website, help centre, single pages, questions and answers, pasted text, files, and Notion, Google Drive and Confluence, and how Dazza decides which source to trust.
- Correct an answer Fix a wrong answer from the conversation itself. Your correction becomes knowledge that outranks your website.
- Keep knowledge up to date Re-read your website daily or weekly, import your help centre, keep Notion, Google Drive and Confluence in sync, and what happens when a page changes or disappears.
- Suggested answers Dazza drafts new Q&As from your team’s replies and from the questions it couldn’t answer. You review each one before it’s used.
- Your help centre Every workspace gets a public help centre. Write articles with Dazza, publish them, and they answer in search, in the chat and by email.
- Connect Notion Let Dazza answer from your Notion pages and databases, kept in sync as your team edits them.
- Connect Google Drive Let Dazza answer from your Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and files, kept in sync, or add a single public Doc by its link.
- Connect Confluence Let Dazza answer from your Confluence spaces and pages, kept in sync, with an Atlassian API token.
04 · WORKFLOWS
- Create a workflow Templates, describing it in a sentence, details to collect, confirmation, decisions, outcomes, modes and the canvas view.
- Verify your customers Email codes, signed logins from your own site and trusted senders, so account workflows only run for the right person.
- Call your own system Send a workflow’s details to your API, Zapier, Make or n8n as a signed request, and answer with what comes back.
- Connect your tools over MCP Give Dazza live access to your own systems through MCP, with Stripe, Zapier, n8n and Make, and choose what each tool may do.
- Connect Shopify Let Dazza answer “where’s my order?” with live tracking, check stock, and cancel or redirect orders that haven’t been sent, with your shop’s own credentials.
- The Dazza REST API Read conversations and contacts, add Q&As, reply as the team and resolve conversations from your own systems.
- Event webhooks Dazza tells your systems the moment a conversation starts, is handed over or resolved, a message arrives or a new customer appears.
05 · INBOX AND TEAM
- Work the inbox Views, priority, snoozing, reply targets, assigning, taking over, replying on any channel, the copilot, topics, notes, approvals and email drafts.
- Snooze conversations Put a conversation out of the queues until later today, tomorrow morning, next week or a time you pick. It comes back sooner if the customer writes.
- Priority and reply targets Set how urgent a conversation is, let Dazza suggest it at handover, and set first-reply and next-reply targets that count in your opening hours.
- Merge conversations Join two conversations from the same customer into one, so the whole story is in one place. Undo it for ten minutes.
- Search, filters and export Search every message, filter by channel, status, person, topic, priority, rating and date, save your views, act on many at once and export to CSV.
- Invite your team and set roles Unlimited seats, admins and members, invitations, and who gets an email when a customer needs the team.
- Assign conversations Give a conversation to a teammate, share new handovers out in turn, and mark yourself away.
- Saved replies Write the answers your team gives most often once, then insert one by typing / in the reply box.
- Team copilot Draft, rewrite and translate your replies, summarise a conversation and read customers’ messages in your language. You always press Send.
- Photos and PDFs from customers Customers can send photos, screenshots and PDFs in the chat, by email and on messaging apps. Dazza reads them, and your team sees them in the inbox.
- WhatsApp templates After WhatsApp’s 24-hour window closes, send an approved template from the inbox. Dazza reads your templates from Meta and fills in what it knows.
- Opening hours and reply times Set when your team replies, so Dazza tells customers when you’re back and can answer “are you open?”.
- Dazza on your phone Add Dazza to your phone’s Home Screen and get a notification when a customer needs you. Tap it to open the conversation and reply.
- Slack alerts Post handovers, approvals, requests and emails waiting for a reply to a Slack channel, each with a link to the conversation.
- Topics, sentiment and language How Dazza labels each conversation with its topics, how the customer felt and their language, and where you’ll see them.
- Contacts, and customers’ data rights Find anyone who’s talked to Dazza, export their data, delete it for good, and delete old conversations automatically.
- See who changed what in the audit log Every change your team makes, and everything Dazza does on its own, in plain words and filterable by person, type and date.
- Hand over to your helpdesk Keep Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Gorgias or Help Scout. Dazza answers first, hands over into it as a ticket, and your agents’ replies reach the customer.
06 · PLANS AND INSIGHTS
- Read your insights What the figures mean, from conversations handled and reply targets met to topics, how customers felt and each channel, and how to export them.
- Customer ratings When a chat ends, customers rate it Good, Okay or Poor and can add a comment. See each rating in the inbox and the share rated Good in Insights.
- Answer quality and resolution Every conversation gets a 1 to 5 score for Dazza’s answers, with a reason, and whether the customer’s need was met.
- Plans and billing The free trial, what counts as a conversation, going over your allowance, changing plans, failed payments and cancelling.
- The weekly report Every Monday morning Dazza emails your team its week: what customers asked most, what it handled, questions it couldn’t answer with answers to approve, ratings and one thing to do.
