Apply for a trade account
template.

The Apply for a trade account template is a ready-made Dazza workflow for wholesale and trade account applications. Dazza collects business name, name and email, plus phone, VAT number and what they want to buy if the customer gives them, asks the customer to confirm, then sends the request to your team’s inbox. Every detail, check and message can be changed.

The questions
it answers.

Dazza uses it when a business wants to open a trade or wholesale account. You can change that sentence, and Dazza follows the new one.

01

“Can I open a trade account?”

02

“Do you sell wholesale?”

03

“How do I get trade prices?”

04

“We’re a shop. Can we stock your products?”

What it asks for.
Nothing more.

Dazza asks only for what’s missing, never for what it’s already been told, and checks emails, numbers and dates as it goes. Add, remove or reorder details, up to 10.

Who it suits.
How to adapt it.

The groups are a guide, not a rule. Any business can use any template, renamed to fit.

Who it suits

  • Wholesalers and distributors
  • Manufacturers and makers who sell to shops
  • Builders’ merchants and suppliers

Tips for adapting it

  1. Make VAT number required if you only sell to VAT-registered businesses.
  2. Add a Company number or Type of business detail if your team checks them.
  3. Keep trade prices out of your public knowledge, and share them only through your system, for verified buyers.
  4. Add a decision: if What they want to buy mentions “dropship”, tell them your policy.

answered.

Step by step in Create a workflow.

Does Dazza approve trade accounts?

No. It collects the application, and your trade team reviews it and replies.

Can it share trade prices?

Not from public pages. Serve them through a workflow that calls your system and needs a verified buyer.

Can it check a company’s details?

Not by itself. Your team checks them, or your system does if you send applications to it.
