Book a call
template.
The Book a call template is a ready-made Dazza workflow for booking calls and meetings from the chat. Dazza shows a “Book a call” button to your page, right in the chat. Every detail, check and message can be changed.
The questions
it answers.
Dazza uses it when the customer wants to book a call or meeting. You can change that sentence, and Dazza follows the new one.
“Can we book a call?”
“When are you free to talk?”
“Can I get 15 minutes with someone?”
“How do I set up a meeting?”
What it asks for.
Nothing more.
Dazza asks only for what’s missing, never for what it’s already been told, and checks emails, numbers and dates as it goes. Add, remove or reorder details, up to 10.
None. It shows the button as soon as a customer asks. Add details, such as Name and Email, if you want to fill them into the page’s address with {{name}} and {{email}}.
Where the job
goes next.
This template uses Share a link. Switch to another way to finish, or add decisions that choose between them.
Send to your team
The request lands in the Team queue of your inbox with every detail, and your team gets an email.
SWITCH TO IT ANY TIMEShare a link
Dazza shows a button to a page, such as your booking page or a form, with details filled into the address.
AS IT COMESCall your system
Dazza sends a signed request to your system and answers from the reply. Scale and above.

The checks,
out of the box.
Every check runs in code before the workflow does, so none of them rely on the AI behaving. Change any of them per workflow.
| Check | As it comes |
|---|---|
| Customer confirms first | Off. It runs as soon as the details are complete. |
| Customer verifies their email first | Off. Turn it on for anything about a customer’s own account (Growth and above). |
| Team approves before it goes ahead | Off. Turn it on to have your team approve or decline each one in the inbox (Growth and above). |
| Starts in | Test, so it only runs in your preview until you set it to Live. |
| Email and messaging apps | Web chat and apps only, because a link is shown as a button. |
| Plan | Every plan. Starter includes 3 workflows. |
Who it suits.
How to adapt it.
The groups are a guide, not a rule. Any business can use any template, renamed to fit.
Who it suits
- Consultants, coaches and advisers
- B2B sales teams
- Anyone with a Calendly, Cal.com or other booking page
Tips for adapting it
- Paste your own booking page in place of the example address: Calendly, Cal.com, Microsoft Bookings or your own system.
- Add Name and Email details and put them in the address, such as
?name={{name}}&email={{email}}. Calendly and Cal.com both fill them in from the address. - Add a Choice detail for the type of call, and decisions that share a different booking page for each.
- Say exactly what happens on the button, such as “Book a 30-minute call”.
Does Dazza book the time itself?
No. It shows a button to your booking page, where the customer picks a time. Your booking tool sends the confirmation.
Can it fill in the customer’s details?
Yes, if your booking page reads them from its address. Put a detail in double braces, like {{email}}, and Dazza fills it in.
Will it work on WhatsApp or email?
Not as a workflow: links are shown as a button, and email and messaging apps have no buttons. Add a Q&A with the page’s address to your knowledge and Dazza can give it in a reply there instead.
