Book a demo
template.
The Book a demo template is a ready-made Dazza workflow for booking product demos. Dazza shows a “Book a demo” button to your page, right in the chat. Every detail, check and message can be changed.
The questions
it answers.
Dazza uses it when someone wants a demo, a walkthrough or to talk to sales. You can change that sentence, and Dazza follows the new one.
“Can I see a demo?”
“Can someone walk me through it?”
“I’d like to talk to sales.”
“Do you do demos for teams?”
What it asks for.
Nothing more.
Dazza asks only for what’s missing, never for what it’s already been told, and checks emails, numbers and dates as it goes. Add, remove or reorder details, up to 10.
None. It shows the button as soon as a customer asks. Add details, such as Name and Email, if you want to fill them into the page’s address with {{name}} and {{email}}.
Where the job
goes next.
This template uses Share a link. Switch to another way to finish, or add decisions that choose between them.
Send to your team
The request lands in the Team queue of your inbox with every detail, and your team gets an email.
SWITCH TO IT ANY TIMEShare a link
Dazza shows a button to a page, such as your booking page or a form, with details filled into the address.
AS IT COMESCall your system
Dazza sends a signed request to your system and answers from the reply. Scale and above.

The checks,
out of the box.
Every check runs in code before the workflow does, so none of them rely on the AI behaving. Change any of them per workflow.
| Check | As it comes |
|---|---|
| Customer confirms first | Off. It runs as soon as the details are complete. |
| Customer verifies their email first | Off. Turn it on for anything about a customer’s own account (Growth and above). |
| Team approves before it goes ahead | Off. Turn it on to have your team approve or decline each one in the inbox (Growth and above). |
| Starts in | Test, so it only runs in your preview until you set it to Live. |
| Email and messaging apps | Web chat and apps only, because a link is shown as a button. |
| Plan | Every plan. Starter includes 3 workflows. |
Who it suits.
How to adapt it.
The groups are a guide, not a rule. Any business can use any template, renamed to fit.
Who it suits
- SaaS and software products
- B2B equipment and services
- Agencies with productised services
Tips for adapting it
- Add a Seats or Team size detail and decisions: big teams to your sales calendar, small ones to your sign-up page.
- Prefill the calendar with
{{name}}and{{email}}after adding those details. - Let Dazza answer feature and pricing questions from your site first, so demos start further along.
Does Dazza book the demo?
No. It shows a button to your demo calendar, where the prospect picks a time.
Can it route by company size?
Yes. Add a number detail for seats and a decision such as “if Seats is more than 50, share the sales calendar”.
Will it work on email?
Not as a workflow: links are shown as a button, and email and messaging apps have no buttons. Add a Q&A with the page’s address to your knowledge and Dazza can give it in a reply there instead.
