The questions
it answers.

Dazza uses it when someone wants to subscribe to the newsletter or get updates by email. You can change that sentence, and Dazza follows the new one.

01

“How do I get the newsletter?”

02

“Can I subscribe?”

03

“Do you have a mailing list?”

04

“How do I hear about new issues?”

What it asks for.
Nothing more.

Dazza asks only for what’s missing, never for what it’s already been told, and checks emails, numbers and dates as it goes. Add, remove or reorder details, up to 10.

None. It shows the button as soon as a customer asks. Add details, such as Name and Email, if you want to fill them into the page’s address with {{name}} and {{email}}.

Who it suits.
How to adapt it.

The groups are a guide, not a rule. Any business can use any template, renamed to fit.

Who it suits

  • Publishers and creators
  • Shops and charities with a mailing list
  • Event organisers

Tips for adapting it

  1. Paste the address of your sign-up page or form in place of the blank one.
  2. If your sign-up page reads an email from its address, add an Email detail and put {{email}} in the address.
  3. Name the newsletter on the button, such as “Get the Friday edition”.

Step by step in Create a workflow.

Does Dazza add people to our list?

No. It shows a button to your sign-up page, and the reader signs up there, so your email provider handles consent as usual.

Can Dazza send our newsletter?

No. Dazza answers your readers and gets them to the sign-up. Your email provider sends the newsletter.

Will it work on Instagram or WhatsApp?

Not as a workflow: links are shown as a button, and email and messaging apps have no buttons. Add a Q&A with the page’s address to your knowledge and Dazza can give it in a reply there instead.
