Request a call back
template.

The Request a call back template is a ready-made Dazza workflow for customers who’d rather talk on the phone. Dazza collects name and phone, plus best time to call and what it’s about if the customer gives them, asks the customer to confirm, then sends the request to your team’s inbox. Every detail, check and message can be changed.

The questions
it answers.

Dazza uses it when the customer would rather talk on the phone, or asks someone to call them. You can change that sentence, and Dazza follows the new one.

01

“Can someone ring me?”

02

“I’d rather talk this through on the phone.”

03

“Call me after 5, please.”

04

“Is there a number I can call? Or can you call me?”

What it asks for.
Nothing more.

Dazza asks only for what’s missing, never for what it’s already been told, and checks emails, numbers and dates as it goes. Add, remove or reorder details, up to 10.

Who it suits.
How to adapt it.

The groups are a guide, not a rule. Any business can use any template, renamed to fit.

Who it suits

  • Businesses that sell or advise over the phone
  • Customers who’d rather talk than type
  • Complicated or high-value questions

Tips for adapting it

  1. Change Best time to call to a Choice, such as Morning, Afternoon or Evening, so your team can plan its calls.
  2. Add a decision on What it’s about: if it mentions “urgent”, hand over to a person straight away.
  3. If you only call during working hours, say so in what the customer is told.

Request a call back,

Step by step in Create a workflow.

Does Dazza make the call?

No, your team does. Dazza collects the number, a good time and what it’s about, and the request lands in your inbox.

Does it check the number?

It checks the format as it goes, so you get a number you can dial. It doesn’t call or text it.

Can Dazza use it on WhatsApp?

Not as it comes. It asks the customer to press Confirm. Email and messaging apps have no buttons, so Dazza only uses workflows there that don’t need one. Turn Customer confirms first off if you want Dazza to use it on email, WhatsApp and the rest.
