Keep knowledge up to date
Re-read your website daily or weekly, import your help centre, keep Notion, Google Drive and Confluence in sync, and what happens when a page changes or disappears.
Your website changes. Dazza can re-read it for you, so answers keep up.
Choose how often
In Knowledge, set Keep up to date to Daily, Weekly or Off. Weekly is the default.
On each check, Dazza:
- Re-reads your web pages in the background.
- Looks for new pages on every site or help centre you imported whole, and adds them.
- Checks Notion, Google Drive and Confluence, if you’ve connected them. Only pages edited since the last check are read again; new pages under what you picked are added, and pages deleted, unshared or no longer picked stop being used.
Q&As, pasted text and uploaded files only change when you change them.
While pages are re-read
- Answers keep working as normal.
- If a page can’t be read for a moment, Dazza keeps the last good copy.
- If a page has gone for good (a 404 or 410), Dazza stops using it and it shows as Failed.

Import your help centre
In Knowledge, open the Help centre tab and paste your help centre’s address. It works with:
- Zendesk
- Intercom
- Freshdesk
- Crisp
- Help Scout
- Document360
- Any help site with a sitemap
Only articles under the address you paste are imported. For example, paste help.yoursite.com/en to import only the articles under /en.
New articles are added automatically on each check. Zendesk help centres are read through Zendesk’s public list of articles.
