Connect LINE

Dazza answers on LINE through the Messaging API channel of your LINE Official Account. Only admins can connect it.

What you’ll need

• Channel secret
• Channel access token, a long-lived one

Connect it

1. In the LINE Developers Console, open your provider, then your Messaging API channel.
2. On the Basic settings tab, copy the channel secret.
3. On the Messaging API tab, issue a long-lived channel access token and copy it.
4. In Dazza, open Channels, choose LINE and paste both.
5. In LINE Official Account Manager, open Response settings. Turn on Webhooks and turn off Auto-response messages.

Dazza checks the details with LINE and sets up the webhook itself. The last step stops LINE’s own automatic replies answering alongside Dazza.

Welcome message

When someone follows your account, they get your agent’s welcome message.
