Quick replies and link cards
When Dazza asks a question with a few likely answers, customers can tap one. Pages Dazza cites show as cards with the site, the title and a line of what they say.
Dazza’s replies do more than text when the channel allows it.
Quick replies
When Dazza asks something with a few likely answers, such as “Is this about delivery or returns?”, it offers two to four short answers as buttons under its message. Tapping one sends it as the customer’s reply. They disappear once the customer writes or taps.
Dazza doesn’t offer them for open questions, like a name, an email address or a description, or when it’s simply answering.
Link cards
When an answer comes from a page on your website or your help centre, the page shows under the reply as a card: its number (matching the one in the text), the site, the page title and a line of what it says. Tapping it opens the page. Dazza shows up to two cards per reply, and doesn’t repeat a card the message just before already showed. Sources without a web address, such as your Q&As and pasted text, are listed by title.
