The weekly report
Every Monday morning Dazza emails your team its week: what customers asked most, what it handled, questions it couldn’t answer with answers to approve, ratings and one thing to do.
Every Monday morning, in your workspace’s time zone, Dazza writes your team a short email about the week before, Monday to Sunday.
What’s in it
- How the week went, in a couple of sentences from Dazza.
- Conversations, the share handled by Dazza (with the change on the week before), how many were handed to your team, and the share rated good.
- What customers asked most: the top topics, how many conversations each, how many Dazza handled, and a few of the questions as customers wrote them.
- Questions Dazza couldn’t answer, with the suggested answers waiting for you to approve, and a button to review them.
- Ratings, with answer quality and how many replies were double-checked.
- One thing to do this week: the single change most likely to help, such as approving suggested answers or trying a change as an A/B test.
Workspaces with no conversations that week or the week before get no email.
Who gets it
Admins get it unless they turn it off. Members don’t, unless they turn it on. Each person decides for themselves in Settings → Notifications → Email me a weekly report on Monday mornings, where you can also Preview this week’s report or Send me a test.
Every report has an Unsubscribe link that works without signing in, and mail apps show their own one-click unsubscribe button.
When it arrives
Dazza sends it with its daily jobs, which in Europe means very early on Monday. Elsewhere it goes out with the first activity in your workspace from 6am on Monday, such as a customer’s chat or someone opening Dazza, and on Tuesday at the latest. Each week’s report goes once.
The weekly report is on every plan.
