Create a Telegram bot with @BotFather and paste its token, so Dazza answers private chats as your business.

Dazza answers on Telegram through a bot you create. Customers see your bot’s name, not Dazza. Only admins can connect it.

What you’ll need

  • Bot token

Connect it

  1. In Telegram, message @BotFather.
  2. Send /newbot.
  3. Choose a name, then a username ending in “bot”.
  4. Copy the token BotFather sends you.
  5. In Dazza, open Channels, choose Telegram and paste the token.

Dazza checks it with Telegram and sets up the webhook itself.

Good to know

  • Dazza answers private chats only, not groups.
  • When someone sends /start, they get your agent’s welcome message.
