Connect Viber
Create or open a Viber bot account and paste its token, so Dazza answers on Viber as your business.
Dazza answers on Viber through your own bot account. Only admins can connect it.
What you’ll need
- Bot token
Connect it
- At partners.viber.com, create a bot account, or open the one you have.
- Copy its token.
- In Dazza, open Channels, choose Viber and paste the token.
Dazza checks it with Viber and sets up the webhook itself.
Welcome message
When someone starts a conversation with your bot, they get your agent’s welcome message.
